Route 436 Reef’s Harbour/Shoal Cove West/New Ferolle
According to the 2001 census, 350 people live in these communities, and many are direct descendents of the area’s first settlers. Those early inhabitants often lived part of the year near their fishing grounds, and the rest of the year at communities further inland.
