Membership Application

Use this form to apply for a new membership or renew an expiring membership. Once we receive your application, we will review your eligibility and then send you an invoice. Western DMO membership is $50 for non-profit organizations and $100 for profit, HST exempt, and is valid for one year from the date payment is received.
